we are back again this week checking in with Olli as he competes at the Australian Nationals 1500m. he crushed his heat and will be competing in the final about 12 hours after this episode airs. this is a huge race for him and can secure him qualification for world champs and the comm games, so be sure to wish him luck!
here in boulder we are still getting back at it after struggling with covid, so not too much is going on. this week we asked for some questions and you guys delivered in a big way. thank you for everyone who submitted, we have a ton of questions to go through now! hope you guys enjoy!
welcome back to the show :) today we battle on through illness to provide to you episode 027! coming off world indoors there is plenty to talk about. the boys recap their trip to Serbia and go in-depth through their experiences racing at World Indoors. there are both highs and lows as well as some great lessons gained. we finish the episode by looking forwards to the Australian Athletics Championships - which Ollie competes in next week. wish him luck! hope you guys enjoy!
welcome back folks. Olli is back from the dead after being out sick last week - giving us a chance to catch up on his Millrose experience in winning the Wanamaker Mile & the subsequent drama created in his post race interview on the Citrus Mag post-show. We were also lucky enough to get Sage on this week to hear from her about her experiences at Millrose as well the Dr Sanders Invite. George was also back racing this past weekend at the NBGP and gave us the run down. We then go on to give a run down of the team, how camp has been and why we are heading home early.
holy moly did these guys race well this past weekend. coming off a huge weekend at the Millrose Games in NY, we have 3000m winner Alicia Monson on the show! the OAC and COFFEECLUB had amazing showings at this meet, with multiple victories and national records. so as expected, this episode is spent recapping all of this. unfortunately Ollie has been feeling a little unwell so was unable to join, but we are sure that he will be back next week in full force. Alicia has achieved a ton in her short career, so we will certainly have her on again with so much more to cover.
